clandesinc's blogVictory!so, desinc clan is back. on may 19th we defeated the "new underground killers" in our first official cal match since 2006. the final score was 20-4 in our glorious victory, keep it up guys.
New clan membersClan desinc has been picking up a few new, very respectable, members from the AG crew. Including TatorTot, and quite possibly Jet-1337 and Stryker. Welcome to the desinc clan, now we expect lots of knife kills and plenty of shit-talking! But most of all enjoy yourselves and make people respect desinc.
Lost again; 10-20 on de_cbblClan desinc pulled off another amazing loss last night, bringing our overall CAL-O record to 2-4, with 2 forfit wins. WooHoo. A few complaints from last nights match: Baiting (only happened as T). All kinds of it. Cover your teammates, we arnt playing our matches on a pub, you should care if your teammate dies and you should do what you can to prevent it. Radio communication. As usual, one of our downfalls was lack of radio communication, though it was a bit better than usual last night. Glad to see atleast some improvement there. Scrims! One of the latest games we'll probably ever play for CAL, and we still didnt manage to scrim before hand. Not even once! We had time to scrim like 5 times before the match... or atleast 4 of us did. We were lucky to have found desinc-high just in time to play the match, else we'd have forfitted.
esix matchyo, these fuckers want to play at 7:30 on monday, who can make it? it's on their server, I don't have the info yet but I'll post it here when I get it. the map is dust2.. we should try to scrim it tonight maybe
Final judgement on the Frisbeetarians:"Player is clean." -- CAL anti-cheat admin
A new "rule"...The next match night is TBD by bob still but we will be playing team esix. I hope to see a better performance out of everyone, myself included. Bob and I have decided that we will base 'the team' for matches on who shows up the night before and scrims with the clan. Working together is something that all of us need work on and those who show that they are willing to work with everyone on their game get first dibs on being in on the scrims. If one or more people can not make it or dont show up for matches, then anyone who did not attend will be able to be chosen as the alt(s). The first person(s) to definitively say they can show up for the match get the alt spots. Of course anyone who wants to give up their spot for another team member for any reason may do so (aside from pressure from a member who wants to play but didnt show, that will be looked down upon harshly).
Hax0r or just a lucky mother?Well, we used up one of our 2 allowed cheat disputes already for CAL. We got our ass' kicked pretty bad in the match (5-25). Thing was, mid 10th round while we were CT one of their players "Jaimz" looked at Nth, quickly went to Evil, shot him to death, then suddenly jerked 90 degrees back to Nth whilest still spraying at evil to shoot Nth in the head. It *could* have been amazing blind luck along with server lag but it also could have been hacking, and as bad as we lost it was worth asking the CAL admins to have a closer look. If you want to see the demo's for yourself (CS:S required), you can get a RAR with the 3 demos we have @ clan.desinc.net. Unrar the demos into your base cstrke folder, run CS:S, open your console and type 'playdemo' and then the demo name. Once it's playing it's easiest to just hit "Shift-F2" then type in 104000, and play it slow, then fast a few times. You will see Jaimz skip far faster than any other fluid movement you will see in the demos. Again, this *could* be server lag + luck, but its also a fairly tell tale sign of aim-bots.
Clan desinc blogBob wanted a place we could use to update everyone in the clan quickly and easily, with an RSS feed. So here it is!
