Destructive Incorporated

desinc.net or "Destructive Incorporated" is a hodgepodge group of intelligent, talented, or otherwise useful friends who have worked together on many projects over the years. The main focus of desinc.net is to provide resources not only for members to express their talents and artwork, but also to provide a services for people (most specifically college students) who may not otherwise be able to afford web hosting (with nearly no restrictions), shell accounts to learn UNIX or Linux, game servers that provide wonderful entertainment at no expense, and are always open to providing any requested service that we deem a reasonable request.

We have run completely non-profit for the past 6 years with the help of many members who have provided both hardware, support, and server administration, plus the help of outside organizations who provided us with free co location for our servers. Unfortunately, we will be losing our last 2 servers towards the end of this year and have but a few choices;

We can simply pack up and move on.

We can begin paying $100's monthly out of pocket to keep our current services going.

We can start asking members for money... but most of them are college students who have come to us because we don't ask for money and provide nearly limitless resources.

Or we can try to generate an income, starting with this website. We intend to provide useful and informative information via this portal, and hopefully monetize it enough to pay for at least a pair of servers to be co located that can provide our other services.

That is unless there is someone else who would be kind enough to meet our co location needs for some time to come in exchange for our appreciation and the goodwill that will come of it. The more we can host, the more services we can run, and the more members we can sustain.
